  • AI-assisted static ads and short videos may be produced using Higgsfield Supercomputer, with human review. The quote defines the deliverables; production and revisions are not unlimited.
  • Creative, audience, landing page or lead form, tracking permissions and launch budget require approval before launch.
  • Ad approval and performance depend on platform policies, the offer, audience and market. No number of leads, sales or revenue is guaranteed.

Billing and service terms

For an unchanged agreed scope, the recurring service fee is protected for 12 months from service activation. The service remains month-to-month; this is not a 12-month commitment.

After the protected period, a proposed increase would be given in writing at least 30 days before a future billing date. Usage, applicable taxes and disclosed third-party costs remain separate and variable. Allowances cannot be reduced or new mandatory fees added to bypass the fee protection.

Cancel by email to [email protected] before the next renewal; service continues through the paid period. Setup fees are refunded before work starts; afterward, the work delivered is assessed. Monthly fees are not automatically prorated or refunded, except where required. Review the Hosting Terms before purchase.

From selection to setup

1. Review the fit. Eligible CRM Essentials, AI phone Entry and B01 plans can request their matching agreement by email. WordPress hosting requires a technical-fit review. Other selections and custom work need written scope confirmation.

2. Confirm the order. Review the exact scope, amount due now, recurring charges, usage limits and cancellation/refund terms before signing and paying.

3. Begin the agreed work. Setup is paid upfront. Monthly service begins only after QA, written customer acceptance and actual activation. Recurring payment authorization is handled separately.

For hosting, request a fit review first. An approved scope receives a separate setup-payment link; monthly billing is not included in that setup checkout.
