Standard WordPress Hosting Terms

Who provides the service

Spireo Business AI Solutions is the service brand. The seller and service provider is Recovery Chiropractic Inc., 475 W Arlington St, Gladstone, OR 97027. Contact [email protected] with service, billing, cancellation, or refund questions.

These terms cover the Standard WordPress Hosting offer at ai.spireoagency.com. Your written service scope identifies the website and setup work agreed before setup begins.

What is included

The Standard offer covers one eligible WordPress site and one straightforward setup or migration, with SSL and basic hosting/domain administration. We review the site's technical fit and agree on the setup or migration scope before work begins.

Design, content edits, plugin maintenance, paid licences, ecommerce, malware cleanup, and complex migrations require a separate written quote.

Setup and monthly billing

The setup fee is $99 USD, paid upfront. Hosting is $39 USD per month.

Monthly billing begins only after the setup passes quality assurance, you provide written acceptance, and the hosting service is actually activated. Paying the setup fee alone does not start monthly billing. We confirm the activation date and monthly renewal schedule in writing.

After activation, hosting renews automatically each month until canceled. The payment method you authorize is charged for each monthly renewal. There is no annual commitment.

Price protection

The $39 USD monthly service fee is protected for the first 12 months after activation while the service scope remains unchanged. Any later increase to that recurring fee requires at least 30 days' written notice. The notice will explain the new price, when it takes effect, and how to cancel before it applies.

Cancellation

To stop the next renewal, email [email protected] before your next renewal date. Include enough information to identify your service, such as your business name and website address. Service continues through the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If you cancel before setup work begins, the setup fee is refundable. If setup work has begun, we review any setup refund based on the work delivered.

Monthly hosting payments are not automatically prorated or refunded for unused days, except where required by applicable law. Cancellation stops future renewals and leaves service available through the paid-through date.

Technical access and support

Email support is available on weekdays at [email protected], with acknowledgment within two business days. This hosting-only offer does not include 24/7 monitoring or a guaranteed repair time.

Use that address to arrange any technical access needed for the agreed setup. Do not put passwords, API keys, payment card details, recovery codes, or database backups in contact or intake forms.

Site export

One available site export is included on request before service ends. Migration to another provider requires a separate quote.

This optional SMS program is operated by Recovery Chiropractic Inc., using the Spireo Business AI Solutions brand. These SMS terms apply only to the service-inquiry text program and do not change the hosting terms above.

If you separately opt in, we may send recurring automated marketing texts about our business services, including business-setup tips, service recommendations and offers. Message frequency varies. Changes to these terms do not expand consent you previously gave. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or purchasing any service.

For inquiries submitted under an earlier form or notice, we honor the scope and limits of the consent given at that time. Where earlier consent was limited to one requested AI sales callback attempt and up to two email or text follow-ups around days 2 and 5, those limits continue to apply unless you give new consent.
